Refund Policy

All payments made on Get SMS Online (getsms.online) are processed using cryptocurrency. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all payments are considered final and non-refundable once confirmed on the network.

By depositing funds into your account, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

No Refunds for Deposits or Balance

We do not offer refunds for:

• cryptocurrency deposits;
• unused account balance;
• user mistakes when selecting tokens, or payment networks;
• verification failures caused by third-party platforms;
• blocked accounts or rejected registrations on external websites.

Refunds for Incorrect SMS Delivery

In limited situations, we may issue a balance credit for a specific SMS request if the delivered message clearly did not belong to the requested verification attempt.

For example:

• a user selected the "Unknown" service;
• the received SMS contained unrelated content, no usable OTP or verification code and clearly was not intended for the user.

Such situations are reviewed manually on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will add back credits to your account balance.

Abuse and Fraud

Attempts to abuse the refund system, manipulate SMS requests, submit false claims, or engage in fraudulent activity may result in permanent account suspension.

If you believe you were charged for an incorrect or unrelated SMS message, please submit a ticket using the "Support" icon in the bottom-right corner of the page, and include the number you used and the service you selected.

Our team will review the request and respond as soon as possible.
